These are pieces for the person who refuses to check the forecast before leaving the house. Designed in Hamburg to the same tolerances as our alpine range — because autumn weather is alpine weather at sea level.

Rain Outerwear — Autumn 2026

Our most technical rain shell yet. The Torrent uses a 3-layer construction with a Japanese-milled face fabric bonded to a microporous membrane and a tricot backer. The result is a jacket that breathes like a softshell but protects like a hardshell — comfortable enough for all-day wear in persistent rain.

Every Rainburg piece is made in our studio in Hamburg's Speicherstadt district. No seasonal overruns, no subcontracting. If we can't produce what we design to the standard we set, you'll pass it on.

Autumn outerwear demands the highest technical standard — it must handle persistent rain, strong winds, and temperature swings. Fabrics are sourced from specialist mills in Japan and Switzerland, cut and constructed to tolerances usually reserved for alpine gear.
