  2. Condition requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  3. Free returns within EU: We cover return shipping for all EU customers.
  4. Refund timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving your return.
  5. Original shipping non-refundable: We refund the item price but not your original shipping cost.
  6. Sale items are final: Items purchased at a discount cannot be returned.
  7. Exchanges available: Need a different size? We can exchange if the size is in stock.

  2. Receive return label: We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
  3. Pack carefully: Place the item back in its original packaging.
  4. Drop off: Take your package to any DHL or DPD service point.
  5. Get refunded: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed.

Lifetime Repair Guarantee

  1. All Rainburg outerwear included: Every jacket and pair of pants comes with this guarantee.
  2. Defects covered: We repair any defects in materials or workmanship at no cost.
  3. Normal wear and tear: Not covered by the lifetime guarantee, but we offer affordable repair services.
  4. Repair timeline: We assess and complete repairs within 2-3 weeks.
  5. Original purchasers only: This guarantee applies to the original owner.
